The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the SVP Nuclear Sustainability Strategies 'll provide comprehensive support such as managing expense reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Your role is crucial for the operational success of the Hydro business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and track detailed expense reports via Concur
• Manage multiple calendars across different time zones
• Organize and document key meetings with agendas and minutes
• Draft and proofread communications and presentations
• Maintain efficient office systems and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
• Over 7 years of executive support experience
• Proven expertise in Concur or similar systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
