Position: Administrative Coordinator Work Orders
Location: Whitby

Coordinate work orders and vehicle logistics at Kerr Industries in Oshawa, using meticulous organization and clear stakeholder communication daily.
This Administrative Coordinator oversees work orders from creation through completion while coordinating vehicle movement and logistics. You will communicate with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders. The work includes inspections, invoicing, documentation, scheduling, dispatching, and reporting for upfitted vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, prioritize, and track work orders
Perform interim and final upfitted vehicle inspections
Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, transportation, and deliveries
Manage invoicing and maintain accurate documentation
Generate vehicle status reports for Sales
Requirements:
Experience managing work orders or coordinating operations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
