Lead product strategy and team development as a Product Manager at 360insights in Whitby, Canada. Drive market understanding and execution of product roadmaps while managing a team of Product Owners.
In this pivotal role, you will guide and develop Product Owners while executing strategic initiatives aligned with the Product & Technology roadmap. Your strong communication skills will be essential for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring cohesion between UX, Engineering, and Infrastructure. This position requires a blend of hands-on management with strategic oversight to enhance product value and influence organizational vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance Product Owners’ development and performance
• Define, explore, and lead execution of strategic product initiatives
• Monitor product releases and ensure value attainment
• Foster cross-team coordination for initiative management
• Conduct stakeholder management and business analysis
Requirements:
• Experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven people management and coaching skills
• Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences
• Technical background in software development and web technologies
• Familiarity with Agile practices, SAFe preferred
