Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute monthly construction reports
• Assist in publishing the executive construction report
• Support marketing initiatives from construction management
• Provide essential reports to branch leaders monthly
• Manage service team email inquiries and leads
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in an administrative position
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Excellent detail-oriented organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
