As a key member of JLR’s project team, you will leverage your architectural expertise and five years of contractor experience to support diverse projects.
Your role will involve effective collaboration with owners, project managers, and general contractors to ensure timely outcomes, compliance with industry standards, and quality control of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing project tasks during construction
• Lead issue resolution and coordination across disciplines
• Track project schedules and deliverables with stakeholders
• Review project shop drawings for compliance
• Conduct field reviews and prepare progress reports
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in contract administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes
• Ability to travel across Canada as needed
• Proficient in writing and reviewing construction documentation
