Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CAPEX work and construction project timelines
• Serve as the primary contact for project coordination
• Report on progress, updates, and review deficiencies
• Review expenditure and ensure resource efficiency
• Identify risks and quality issues proactively
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in construction or property management
• Strong mechanical/electrical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and apply blueprints
• Knowledge of regional and industry standards
• Valid driver’s license required
