As the Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team in executing construction projects, maintaining safety standards while managing all field activities.
Your role involves documenting daily operations, addressing site issues, and mentoring crew members. This position serves a critical function in upholding Valard's commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage site crew of 5-20 personnel effectively
• Ensure compliance with Valard’s Safety and Quality Management Plan
• Document jobsite activities including timesheets and reports
• Coordinate equipment use and scheduling on-site
• Mentor crew, focusing on technical skill development
Requirements:
• Journeyperson electrical designation preferred
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Familiarity with safety regulations and project management
• Valid driver’s license with good standing
• Experience with medium/high voltage electrical work
