Take on a vital role at Ledcor as a Subcontracts Administrator, overseeing key infrastructure projects in Oshawa, Ontario. Manage subcontracts end-to-end, ensuring compliance and effective partner collaboration.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with at least 5 years of experience in civil construction.
Your role will cover the full subcontract lifecycle, from negotiations to monitoring deliverables and compliance with contractual obligations. By facilitating strong relationships with subcontractors, you'll play a significant part in enhancing community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontract negotiations and completion
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding processes
• Draft and prepare subcontract documents for approval
• Monitor compliance with contracts and insurance requirements
• Conduct change management and maintain project logs
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Subcontracts Coordinator in civil construction
• Degree in civil engineering or related field
• Expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with collaborative contracting principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
