Lead Superintendent in Nuclear Construction

Location: Clarington

Take on a leadership role with Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Darlington, Ontario, as a Lead Superintendent for nuclear steam supply components. Your expertise will guide the successful execution of critical construction projects.

Reporting to the General Superintendent – Mechanical, you will supervise multiple scopes of work within the nuclear realm. Your focus will be on effective planning, risk management, and the enforcement of safety and quality protocols throughout the construction process. You'll ensure trades personnel are properly trained and compliant with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and resource management

• Maintain alignment with project stakeholders

• Implement safety, quality, and performance programs

• Monitor project schedules and develop recovery strategies

• Review project compliance with engineering standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years in mechanical construction supervision

• Knowledge of reactor refurbishments is a plus

• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in construction

• Proven ability to manage complex nuclear projects

• Ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders
