NOW HIRING – Summer 2026 | PAINTING POSITION | Ajax, ON (Durham Region)

COMPENSATION $19-25/hr depending on experience and responsibility, plus weekly bonus incentives and tips from clients on top.

REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver s license and full time access to a reliable vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
Some hands-on work experience is a bonus - but not required (we train you)
Full-time commitment: 40-50 hours per week during the season
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable above all else
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own projects start-to-finish at a high standard of quality and on schedule
Keep job sites clean and organized throughout each day
Communicate proactively with homeowners, crew leads, and the business owner
Take initiative in day-to-day operations and problem-solving on site
Support door-to-door marketing and flyer drops in neighbourhoods around active job sites
Grow into project management and leadership roles as the season progresses
We r transforming homes across Durham Region - Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, Brooklin, and Courtice - and we want people who take pride in the work they produce.
