In this pivotal position, you will work with engineers, project managers, and construction teams to develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project schedules. Your experience in construction scheduling, combined with a robust understanding of project controls, will ensure successful project timelines and stakeholder engagement. The role includes assessing impacts from design changes while driving adherence to agreed-upon schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain project schedules in collaboration with teams

• Analyze scheduling impacts and communicate updates effectively

• Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation

• Maintain critical path logic networks for accurate forecasting

• Assist in the creation of bid schedules based on client needs

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of construction scheduling experience

• Proven leadership in directing scheduling teams

• Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Excel

• Relevant degree in construction management or engineering

• Strong grasp of cost control methods and project execution
