Elevate infrastructure projects with Aecon as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Spearhead Lean Construction initiatives to enhance project execution and drive efficiency within a collaborative team.
In this role, you will report to the Continuous Improvement Director, focusing on implementing Lean Construction tools and best practices within Aecon's projects. Responsibilities include managing CI initiatives, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and overseeing a team to deliver improved project outcomes. You will transform our operational approach to ensure the successful execution of the Darlington New Nuclear Project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement core Continuous Improvement strategies and tools
• Manage project-based CI team and schedules
• Lead stakeholder meetings for CI initiatives
• Facilitate Lean training across teams
• Oversee waste reduction programs and data implementation
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Certified Lean Greenbelt;
Black Belt preferred
• 5+ years in lean construction and tools
• 7-10 years of related experience
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
Utilize your expertise in Lean methodologies to drive impactful improvements in Aecon’s significant infrastructure developments.
