Position: Site Management for Nuclear Projects
Join Aecon as a Site Manager for the Darlington New Nuclear Project in Oshawa, Ontario. This position focuses on ensuring effective construction management and safety compliance.

As part of an important partnership with Kiewit Nuclear Canada, you will play a key role in executing the complex construction tasks on-site. Reporting to the Site Services Manager, you will plan and coordinate a multitude of construction activities while ensuring that all safety and quality regulations are met.

Your role is vital to the project's success and to the safety culture at Aecon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning of construction methodologies and resource needs

• Review and manage project schedules, identifying critical issues

• Develop and execute effective safety and quality programs

• Engage with clients and project partners for alignment

• Supervise daily operations and field inspections

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of supervisory experience in construction

• Familiarity with nuclear project management

• Detailed knowledge of safety and construction standards

• Competency in assessing construction drawings and specifications

• Experience in leading performance development for teams
