Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections on construction sites

• Mentor and guide junior inspection staff

• Track contractor compliance with project specifications

• Propose solutions for emerging issues on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of construction inspection experience

• OACETT RCSI or PEO EIT designation required

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence

• Proficiency in grading, asphalt, and concrete work preferred

• Good judgment and decisiveness in demanding situations
