Oshawa Stations Project Manager Role

Lead the construction of a new transit station with Ledcor in Oshawa, Ontario. This role focuses on overseeing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes for a major GO Transit project.

As a Stations Project Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring successful project delivery. Your leadership will engage closely with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to navigate technical challenges and maintain high-quality standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while applying your civil construction expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts, specifications, and schedules for project clarity

• Lead coordination of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities

• Manage communications and progress reporting with stakeholders

• Develop construction execution plans and mitigate risks

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• 8+ years in civil construction as a Project Manager

• Post-secondary education in civil engineering or related field

• Strong knowledge of transit facility project delivery

• Experience with rail transit projects, especially GO Transit

• Proficiency in project management software and best practices
