Nuclear Earthworks Superintendent at Aecon

In this senior role, you will manage earthworks for the Unit 1 Small Modular Reactor in Clarington. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while overseeing excavation, grading, and teamwork. Familiarity with nuclear construction and compliance standards is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise excavation and trench construction activities

• Coordinate daily project schedules and resource allocation

• Monitor equipment operation and contractor performance

• Conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance

• Prepare and review construction work packages

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of civil/structural construction experience

• Strong knowledge of nuclear construction regulations
