This senior role involves ensuring compliance with project controls standards, converting bids into budgets, and liaising across departments for comprehensive project oversight. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project controls standards for assigned projects

• Convert bids into baseline budgets and reconcile gaps

• Create and maintain project status update reports and dashboards

• Conduct variance analysis for effective change management

• Prepare Earned Value Management KPIs for project performance

Requirements:

• 5 years of cost control experience in relevant fields

• Degree in Quantitative, Engineering, or Construction Management

• Strong analytical and adaptive thinking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Collaborative and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
