Position: Senior Advisor, HS&E in Whitby, ON

Drive safety excellence at Ledcor as a Senior Advisor in Health, Safety, and Environment based in Whitby, Ontario. Utilize your expertise to enhance our HS&E strategies across various projects.

As a key member reporting to the HS&E Manager, you’ll implement and monitor safety protocols and assessments to minimize risks on-site. You will be integral in supporting audits, analyzing health and safety data, and advising management on best practices.

Your role is crucial in fostering a culture of safety throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement hazard assessments for projects

• Conduct HS&E inspections and audits regularly

• Collect and analyze data from safety incidents

• Assist in creating incident reports and recommendations

• Support occupational injury and illness management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant HS&E experience required

• High school diploma or OH&S degree preferred

• Pursuing professional designations like CRSP or CSP

• In-depth knowledge of OHS policies and procedures

• Strong ability to communicate and present effectively
