Lead impactful municipal projects as a Project Coordinator at Clarington, leveraging your experience in construction management. This hybrid opportunity focuses on budget, design, and contract oversight for vital infrastructure.

In the role of Project Coordinator, you'll report to the Manager of Civil Design and Construction Administration to manage the administration of construction contracts. Utilize your knowledge of municipal standards and guidelines to ensure project success from tender preparation through to completion. Engage with cross-functional teams to articulate project requirements and collaborate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate contract preparation and project budget management

• Prepare tender documents for roads and infrastructure projects

• Review construction plans and manage vendor relationships

• Ensure logging of as-built drawings and municipal records

• Attend and document progress meetings with stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Three years' experience in municipal infrastructure

• Solid understanding of construction contracts and compliance

• Strong negotiation skills and project risk management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management tools
