Lead bridge construction operations for Ledcor in Oshawa, Ontario, using deep foundation expertise and strong safety leadership onsite. This is a full-time site-based assignment.
As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee bridges and structural works across daily field operations. Apply experience in piles, caissons, concrete, rebar, structural steel, and temporary works. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, foremen, project managers, designers, and surveyors while maintaining project schedule, quality, and contract compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee onsite bridge and structural construction activities
- Manage subcontractors performing foundations, concrete, steel, and temporary works
- Lead foreman coordination meetings and daily safety briefings
- Monitor progress, quantities, productivity, labour, and equipment
- Maintain schedules, field records, and issue documentation
- 15+ years of bridges, heavy civil, or infrastructure experience
- 5+ years supervising infrastructure projects
- Experience with piles, caissons, concrete, formwork, and rebar
- Knowledge of structural steel and temporary works
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Oshawa
