Lead Bridge & Heavy Civil Construction Onsite Superintendent
Ledcor is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Oshawa, Ontario to lead day-to-day field operations on a major infrastructure project. You will ensure work is completed on time and within budget, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate field staff, contractors, and trades.
You will implement project plans, manage three-week lookahead schedules, review drawings and JHAs, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve field issues and keep projects moving.
