Position: U-Haul Service Representative Role
Transform customer interactions as a Service Representative at U-Haul. Be hands-on with equipment while assisting customers both indoors and outdoors with their service needs.

In the role of Service Representative at U-Haul, you will provide attentive support to customers utilizing various U-Haul products and services. Daily tasks include managing equipment through U-Scan technology, moving trucks, and ensuring safety checks on rentals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their U-Haul service needs

• Manage rentals and inventory using technology

• Hook up and move U-Haul trucks/trailers

• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot

• Educate customers about available products

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to operate forklifts (training provided)

• Physical ability to perform job demands

• Strong customer service orientation
