Become a part of the Desjardins team in Pickering, Ontario, as an Insurance Account Representative. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets through effective communication.
In this full-time, permanent position, you will cultivate leads, schedule client meetings, and assess customer needs. Responding efficiently to inquiries about insurance services is critical, as is collaborating with agents to achieve marketing goals. The role encourages proactive engagement with clients to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and market suitable insurance products
• Schedule and facilitate appointments with potential clients
• Provide clear and accurate customer service responses
• Meet with agents to discuss marketing strategies
• Assist clients with policy changes and claims submissions
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service or hospitality
• Sales experience is preferred, ideally with a proven record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled at problem-solving and multi-tasking
• Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license
