Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
$22.60-$24.04/hour
Our client, a well-established company in the natural products distribution industry, is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their team in Guelph, Ontario.
This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment. If you are bilingual in French and English and have experience supporting customers, sales teams, or accounts, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email.
Provide exceptional customer service in both English and French.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
Recommend products and identify opportunities to support customer needs.
Communicate order updates and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Support internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Follow established procedures and meet service timelines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail sales, account support, call centre, banking, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong team orientation.
Nice to Have
CRM or order-entry system experience.
Experience supporting business customers.
