In this role, you will support Team Leaders and the Operations Team through efficient administration. Your skills in the EXE inventory program and customer service will be key to executing orders accurately. Key Responsibilities:
• Create electronic and manual Bills of Lading
• Respond to all customer inquiries with urgency
• Pull purchase orders and organize them for fulfillment
• Manage incoming calls and driver check-ins
• Maintain operational cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
• Strong experience in warehouse or shipping roles
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent communication
• Forklift certification or related experience
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
