Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Bilingual (English/French)  Permanent Position – Onsite Monday – Friday
Located in Milton, ON
Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
Responsibilities   Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
Be a product and solutions expert! They will equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
Understand customer needs and recommend the company's best solutions.
Help customers navigate the company's website and online ordering.
Qualifications   High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a team.
A team player who collaborates well with others.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, they provide excellent training!
