About the Role  Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a critical role in understanding customer needs, coordinating vehicle servicing, and communicating recommendations with clarity and professionalism. You are detail-oriented, personable, and knowledgeable—committed to providing a premium, personalized service experience.

Key Responsibilities   Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone in a professional and timely manner
Understand and assess service needs using customer input and historical data
Explain repair or maintenance recommendations and estimated costs clearly and accurately
Document service details and maintain accurate repair orders
Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks
Stay up-to-date with all required brand-specific training and service protocols
Champion exceptional service at every touchpoint
Qualifications   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, customer-first mindset
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and strong math abilities
Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities
Availability to work Saturday shifts on a rotating schedule
