Service Advisor

Service Advisor – Pfaff Subaru, Guelph, ON N1K 0A4  We are seeking a customer‑service driven individual to work as a Service Advisor. The role involves providing top‑notch customer service, developing an understanding of the repair process, and handling all customer inquiries or complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities   Assist all customers (in‑person and over the phone) with service requirements, ensuring optimum customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.
Schedule service appointments.
Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
Create/Open work orders for new customers and service; close orders as appropriate.
Invoice work orders and accept payments from customers; submit reports and receipts to accounting.
Provide quotes or estimates to customers regarding required service.
Advise customers of current status of their vehicle and any additional work that may be required.
Perform other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications   Experience in the automotive field.
1‑2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (asset).
CDK experience.
Aptitude for numbers.
Valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
