Join GEODIS as a Customer Service Representative, dedicated to managing customer inquiries and order processing in a supportive warehouse environment. Emphasizing safety and inclusivity, this role is ideal for proactive individuals.
This position is focused on enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and quick resolution of service issues. With a background of at least six months in a similar role, you will interact with customers, manage orders, and ensure accurate order tracking.
Your role serves as a vital link between customers and the warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Adjust billing concerns and service failures
• Generate and verify customer work order paperwork
• Trace orders and coordinate shipping details
• Report on customer feedback to improve service
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• 6 months of related experience or training
• Familiarity with AS400 and warehouse systems preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
