In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting customers in various capacities, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as you will deal with diverse inquiries and maintain a high standard of service during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as point of contact for parking inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and maintain interaction logs
• Support customer retention with quality service
• Process new accounts and transactions
• Document all customer interactions properly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year customer service experience ideal
• Minimum age of 18 required
• Background check must be passed
• Authorized to work in Canada without issues
