Customer Service​/Inside Sales Rep; On-Site

Job Overview

The Advisor II, Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the Internet to sell products and services, process orders, and provide basic customer service support.

Location:

Oshawa, Ontario

Full time, physical and mental requirements: regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment; work is generally sedentary.

• Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention
• Explain products and/or services and upsell/cross-sell to new and current customers
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing rapport
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Assist in correcting billing concerns
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

• 1 year of customer service and sales experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in quick-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Computer proficiency (including knowledge of Windows-based applications)
• Flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week

• Base salary range: $17.75 – $22.19 per hour (plus incentives)
