Key Responsibilities:

• Promote spa services and products to guests

• Identify and meet customer needs

• Facilitate sales of gift certificates

• Carry out opening and closing tasks reliably

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma

• At least one year in customer service roles

• Sales experience is an asset

• Adept in MS Office Suite

• Experience operating POS systems
