Deliver exceptional customer service this holiday season with LCBO as a Holiday Customer Service Representative. Engage with customers and enhance their shopping experience from November 16 to December 31, 2026.
This on-site role is ideal for those passionate about customer interaction. You will be responsible for using the POS/Cash system effectively and ensuring a pleasant retail environment during the busy holiday period. Your expertise will grow through paid online training focused on wine, beer, cider, and spirits, ensuring you provide expert assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers promptly using the POS system
• Request donations for our Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Receive and replenish stock on store shelves
• Lift and handle cases weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Availability for shifts on weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Comfortable collaborating with teammates
