Customer Service Order Specialist

Customer-focused service specialists handle high-volume phone calls, emails, and in-person requests while processing orders and resolving customer concerns.

This Customer Service Representative I position supports customers through pricing, shipping information, orders, returns, and discrepancies. The work requires strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

• Answer high-volume customer calls, emails, and in-person requests
• Provide unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information
• Enter data to determine total customer costs
• Process purchase orders and provide product stock ETAs
• Coordinate returns, credits, adjustments, and shipment tracing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to customer service tasks
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to resolve complaints and discrepancies
