Position: Dental Admin - Port Perry, ON
Location: Port Perry

The team at Port Perry Dental Centre located in Port Perry, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

Full-time position

Monday to Friday (some evenings and Saturdays may be required)

Approximately 35–40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator

Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is required

Strong knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and patient communication

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is considered an asset

Experience with dental practice management software is considered an asset

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements confidently and professionally

Strong customer service mindset with a patient-centered approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
