Enhance the doctoral experience at Brunel University as a Postgraduate Researcher Training and Development Specialist. Lead innovative professional development initiatives that strengthen researcher skills and engagement.

This role is focused on developing and delivering a premier training program for Brunel’s postgraduate research community. You will craft an annual schedule of workshops and courses aligned with the Researcher Development Framework (RDF) 2025 while providing dynamic training sessions. Collaboration with the PGR Academic Lead and other colleagues is essential for maximizing engagement across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging training sessions for researchers

• Shape the annual development program with innovative workshops

• Collaborate with academic colleagues for community engagement

• Foster national partnerships for broader training opportunities

• Ensure alignment with RDF 2025 and Concordat commitments

Requirements:
