Junior​/Intermediate Teacher Coverage Position

Engage students in learning as a Junior/Intermediate Coverage Teacher with the Durham District School Board. This part-time role focuses on adapting lessons and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

The Durham District School Board seeks a Junior/Intermediate qualified educator for a 0.4 FTE coverage position. You will develop lessons aligned with curricular standards and monitor student progress while providing constructive feedback. Embracing collaboration with colleagues and the community is essential for enhancing students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ontario teaching certificate (OCT) in good standing

• Required subject qualifications:
Junior/Intermediate

• Current Criminal Background Check upon hire
