Elevate mining education practices as a Technical Curriculum Advisor for Cuso International in Moshi, Tanzania. Focus on designing effective curricula in alignment with industry standards and VETA.
In this pivotal role with the SHARE Project, you'll engage with local industry partners and utilize your curriculum design skills. Your mission will include revising Competency-Based Education Training (CBET) curricula for the mining sector, ensuring they meet current industry demands. Additionally, you will assess labor market trends and implement the latest technological advancements and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise and enhance CBET curricula for mining
• Align programs with VETA and national qualifications
• Analyze market trends to identify education needs
• Integrate new technologies and safety standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or a relevant area
• 3–5 years of experience in curriculum design
• Knowledge of TVET and CBET processes
• Experience collaborating with mining professionals
• English proficiency at Level 5
