Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and caring Montessori‑trained educator who is highly organized, self‑motivated, and eager to inspire young learners. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and compassionate, with a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Co‑lead a Casa Montessori classroom, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching partners and staff to support student development.
Guide students using Montessori principles, encouraging independence and curiosity.
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents to support learning goals.
Adapt to challenges, problem‑solve, and plan lessons in a structured yet flexible manner.
Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom that reflects Montessori philosophy.
Qualifications & Skills
MACTE‑accredited Montessori diploma (Toddler Level)
Experience in a Montessori setting (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A team‑player mentality, with a passion for early childhood education.

Additional Information
Job Type: Full‑time, Fixed‑Term Contract (12 months)
