Location: Whitby
Contribute to the advancement of mining education as a Technical Curriculum Advisor with Cuso International, located in Moshi, Tanzania. Engage in curriculum development focused on the TVET Mining sector.
You will play a critical role in the SHARE Project by revising and designing Competency-Based Education Training (CBET) curricula. By collaborating with VETA and local partners, you will ensure programs reflect industry standards and align with labor market trends. Your work will incorporate the latest technologies and safety standards to enhance training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise CBET curricula tailored for mining
• Ensure alignment with VETA standards
• Analyze labor market trends for curriculum needs
• Incorporate safety standards and current technologies
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field like Mining Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in curriculum design
• Familiarity with TVET and CBET
• Proven partnerships with mining industry experts
• Fluent in English at Level 5
