Position: Montessori Guide for Toddlers
OMS Montessori in Oshawa is looking for a Montessori Guide for Toddlers, to start in June 2026. This full-time role involves creating a supportive learning environment for children aged 18 months to 3 years.

As a dedicated Montessori Guide, you will prepare a dynamic classroom that encourages independence and social skills in young children. The position requires an AMI diploma or equivalent and experience in a Montessori setting. You will work closely with a supportive team of three assistants to facilitate a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a developmentally appropriate Montessori environment

• Support children's independence and learning processes

• Work collaboratively with classroom assistants

• Engage with families and school administration

Requirements:

• Diploma in Montessori education (AMI or similar)

• Previous experience with toddlers in educational settings

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Bilingualism is preferred
