Instructor in Mathematics and Sciences

MSGR. JOHN PEREYMA CHS is on the lookout for a 1.0 FTE instructor in Mathematics and Sciences. This permanent role involves teaching diverse subject areas including Canadian and World Studies.

Starting September 2, 2026, qualified candidates must hold valid certification from the Ontario College of Teachers along with Intermediate/Senior qualifications and courses in Technological Education. The role demands a commitment to teaching various subjects as listed in the job requirements, ensuring student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes in science and mathematics subject areas

• Create lesson plans tailored to student needs

• Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom culture

• Collaborate with colleagues for student support

• Keep up-to-date records of student performance

Requirements:

• Certification from Ontario College of Teachers in good standing

• Intermediate/Senior qualifications in required subjects
