In this role, you will partner with various teams to design and implement effective training programs that align with service delivery and operational standards. Your work will contribute significantly to onboarding, up-training, and ongoing educational initiatives, promoting a safety-first culture across Ontario. You will utilize innovative training methods to foster engagement and knowledge retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop targeted training initiatives for system improvements
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions
• Analyze training needs and assess program effectiveness
• Maintain all training documentation and resources
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training priorities
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in training roles
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Analytical skills for assessing learner needs
• Ability to manage multiple training priorities
• Active involvement in service delivery environments
