As a key member reporting to the Manager of Business Solutions, you will design and implement tailored training solutions that promote continuous improvement and support various teams. This role involves active collaboration with departments to translate business processes into effective learning strategies. You will help build employee capabilities through structured onboarding and continuous training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging training programs and materials
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Identify training priorities and performance gaps
• Maintain current training documentation and resources
• Track and analyze training outcomes for leadership
Requirements:
• Expertise in adult learning and design principles
• Proven experience in training development and delivery
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
• Familiarity with AI applications in training
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
