Become a Long Term Occasional Teacher for Philosophy at Guelph CVI with UGDSB, dedicated to enriching student learning and fostering philosophical inquiry.
UGDSB is seeking a dynamic educator for this temporary teaching assignment, helping students thrive academically.
You'll work with in a framework of high standards while making contributions towards student success and well-being. Your involvement plays a critical role in supporting the educational mission within a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement lesson plans in Philosophy
• Engage students in meaningful philosophical debates
• Adhere to educational standards and policies
• Work closely with school management and staff
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
• Qualified in Senior Philosophy
• Valid Ontario teaching certification
• Experience is preferred
• Supervisory references mandatory
• Vulnerable Sector Check needed prior to employment
