Elevate the doctoral research community at Brunel University of London as a PGR Training and Development Specialist focused on professional development and training innovation.

This permanent, part-time role allows you to lead the design and delivery of a transformative professional development program for Brunel's PGR community. By working closely with the PGR Academic Lead, you will ensure program alignment with the Researcher Development Framework (RDF) 2025 while actively promoting engagement across academic and professional circles. Your extensive knowledge of the postgraduate landscape will inform your strategies for creating impactful training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement sector-leading training initiatives

• Develop a program of workshops tailored for researchers

• Collaborate with colleagues to boost PGR participation

• Ensure alignment with national frameworks and commitments
