In this vital role within the Experiential Learning Hub, you will be tasked with recruiting employers and facilitating co-op placements for students. Your expertise in career advising and relationship management will directly influence students’ readiness for the workforce and their overall success in the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new employer partnerships for co-op placements
• Market the University of Guelph’s co-op programs
• Conduct labor market analysis to guide decisions
• Advise students on job-search strategies
• Prepare students for successful work terms
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline
• Two years of experience in cooperative education or marketing
• Superior communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong advocacy for equity and diversity
• Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities
