Position: Digital Maturity Pathway Volunteer Role
Location: Whitby

Become a Digital Transformation Specialist in Kingston, Jamaica, and help SMEs thrive. Volunteer with PSOJ starting August 2026, focusing on digital maturity frameworks and innovative automation tools.

This six-month placement is designed for Canadian citizens and permanent residents. As a participant, you will create a comprehensive SME Digital Maturity Framework, develop an Automation Toolkit, and guide businesses in implementing the Digital Adoption Pathway.

Your role will directly contribute to enhancing productivity and reducing manual processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish the SME Digital Maturity Framework and Assessment Tool

• Develop the SME Automation and Digital Tools Toolkit

• Guide organizations through the Digital Adoption Pathway

• Measure effectiveness in business operations and automation

• Assess the percentage of SMEs completing readiness evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in organizational management or business

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

• Experience in strategic and operational planning

• Detail-oriented with team collaboration skills

• Passion for youth development
