Position: Arts and English Teaching Position Open
Join MSGR. JOHN PEREYMA CHS as a full-time Arts/English Teacher starting September 2, 2026. You will teach key subjects, enhancing creativity and critical thinking among students.

This permanent position requires strong candidates with certification from the Ontario College of Teachers. Beginners in the educational field are encouraged to apply, as the teaching role emphasizes fostering diversity and inclusion in learning. You will instruct various art forms and English curriculum while supporting students’ growth and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses: AVI2O1, AVI3M1, AVI3O1, and ENG2 L1

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans

• Nurture an inclusive classroom environment

• Adapt lessons to meet diverse student needs

• Collaborate with staff to enrich the school community

Requirements:

• Valid certification from Ontario College of Teachers

• Intermediate/Senior qualifications in Arts/English

• Teachable(s) in the designated subjects

• Commitment to inclusive teaching methodologies

• Experience supporting diverse learners
