Drive the success of internal leadership development programs as a dedicated Program Coordinator. Oversee logistics, collaborate with senior leaders, and ensure alignment with organizational values in a fully onsite role.
As a Program Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of impactful leadership programs within a 12-month framework. This role involves coordinating all program logistics, scheduling, and participant engagement to ensure seamless execution. Strong organizational and communication skills will be key as you liaise with facilitators and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics for leadership development sessions
• Support vendor-led programs and guest engagements
• Liaise with program facilitators and senior program leaders
• Maintain program records and track participation
• Collect feedback for reporting on program success
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related fields
• Experience in coordinating training programs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with enterprise learning systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
